Returns

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days after the date of delivery. You must notify us by phone or email of your intention to cancel within this time. Should you wish to return or exchange any item you will need to contact us first at info@phillipstoys.co.uk, as there are occasions when it may be unnecessary for you to be inconvenienced by sending an item back. If you've placed an order by mistake, or wish to cancel your order for any reason, or have any issues with your product please do contact us at info@phillipstoys.co.uk as soon as possible.

If there is an issue with the item received, for example it arrives damaged or is faulty, we are more than happy to arrange a free UK return with Royal Mail. Please contact us directly if this occurs. Please note there may be a short delay in the processing of any refunds of the purchase price due to you whilst we inspect the returned item.

If you change your mind and want to return your products, we offer a 30 day no quibble guarantee. That means you can return the item including tracking at your own cost and in the condition received (unopened), for a full refund of the purchase price. This must be completed within 30 days of the purchase. We are not obliged to refund you for the cost of return postage and handling fee. This offer is in case the item is not quite what you expected, if it is a gift, the recipient is found to already have it, or simply a change of mind.
