Price and Payment
The price of goods and any additional delivery charge is set out on website at the date of the order. If there is an error in pricing, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We try to ensure that all pricing is accurate but occasionally an error may occur, and goods may be incorrectly priced, any errors are wholly unintentional. We are very sorry if erroneous information is reflected in the price or availability. We present our content as is and do not confirm its accuracy.
Terms and Condition of Sale
Once the items for purchase have been selected on our website, and payment details submitted, payment completed, the order has been submitted. Via email, we will send you details of the submitted order. The email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance.
If there is an issue with the order regarding pricing, damages, stock outs, or any other issue, we reserve the right to cancel the submitted order. Please everything should be in stock that is on our website, but we reserve the right to cancel the submitted order if it is found to be out of stock.
Once the order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send an email confirming this. Once the order has been dispatched, this is confirmation of the order and completion of the contract between you and us.
A contract is only formed between us and you when the order is dispatched. Please note, up until dispatch, there is no contract between us and we reserve the right to cancel the potential order.
By placing an order with us, you confirm that any information provided by you is true and accurate, you are authorised to use the payment method utilised, you are 18 years of age or above, and that you will contact us immediately if there is any change required to the information submitted.
You must ensure that the email address provided is accurate. Once we have sent the email, we deem this as read and accepted.
Delivery
We shall not be held liable for delay or failure in regard to delivery should such problems or issues arise beyond our control. All shipments dispatched from our warehouse will have a tracking or delivery confirmation number. Any damages or loss fall under your responsibility once the delivery has been successfully received or delivered to the address on the order.
